At Gujarat Patola House, we strive to provide the highest quality Patola sarees and ethnic products. Please read our Refund, Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns on products unless they are received in a damaged condition.
Damaged Product Returns
- Eligible products can only be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are received damaged.
- If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel and immediately contact us at:

- If your product arrives damaged after opening the package, please email us clear photographs of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team. Once approved, we will arrange the return process.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we may:
- Issue a Store Credit Note, or
- Process a refund after deducting applicable shipping charges.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 10 business days.
- We aim to process all approved return requests within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
- All return requests are subject to the sole discretion of Gujarat Patola House.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellation of orders once they have been placed.
We request customers to carefully review product details, images, and specifications before completing their purchase.
Exchange Policy
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only under the following circumstances:
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product contains a genuine manufacturing defect.
Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Color variations due to screen settings.
- Personal dislike of color, design, fabric, or material.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Size-related concerns.
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
- Customized or personalized products.
Exchange Request Process
To request an exchange, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for Exchange
- Images of the defective or incorrect product

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.
- Returned products must pass our quality inspection.
If approved, we will provide:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- An alternative product of equal value.
Replacement products will be dispatched within 7 working days after successful inspection of the returned item.
Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products for exchange.
- Gujarat Patola House will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivery
